Getting Setup is Easy
Our setup process is simple and seamless, and we don't require any of your logins or passwords. We're here to help you every step of the way, and make our service understandable and easy.
Grant Access
Grant us access to your existing Google Business Profile (GBP), or have us set up a brand new profile for you. You will maintain ownership and control over your listing at all times. Our service does not require access to your company website or social media. We can also help manage your Google AdWords campaigns.
Optimize Your Listing
We perform the following actions on your Google Business Profile: keyword research, achievement of a 100% GBP completion score, creation of weekly posts, reply to customer reviews (with affinity keywords), upload new photos, respond to questions and answers, create citations and cleanup NAP (where necessary).
On-Going Maintenance
Leave the work to us! We will continue to optimize your listing by regularly adding photos, responding to customers, creating weekly posts, replying to messages, creating citations, and more! We will also send you monthly progress reports to show you how well your listing is ranking and how many customers you've received.

Do you offer a free trial?
Since we are a manual optimization service and not a software-based system, we cannot offer free trials of Map Ranks. What we can promise you is that your business listing will be fully optimized and setup within 7-10 days. Our clients often see improvement in their GBP Ranking and increased traffic within the first 30 days — and since we have no contracts for most of our services, you can cancel at any time.
Am I tied into a long term contract?
No, we don’t lock you into long-term contracts. Our results-driven approach ensures you get value without any obligations.
We believe that business owners should never be obligated into a long-term contract for a service that does not work. Therefore, we're only as successful as our customers. If our customers get results and a better Google Business Ranking, then we get paid. If they don't, then they may cancel at any time.
Are there any hidden fees or charges?
Absolutely not. We only charge a one-time setup fee and your regular monthly service charge...that's it.

Does Map Ranks work for any business?
YES! As long as your business serves local customers in your area, you are eligible to display on Google Maps. Your business listing on Google Maps is managed by the Google Business Profile manager. If you do not have an existing listing, we can help create and set up one for you.
